Survey Says...

I went to a kickboxing class this morning and it kicked my butt! Holy crap, I'm already feeling sore. If anyone else loves the movie Meet the Robinson's as much as I do, you'll recognize this:
"Feel the pain! Love the pain!"
I love working out.

Anyways, I got tagged in a post today on one of my friend's blogs and I'm so glad that I was because I LOVE FILLING OUT SURVEYS.
So. Here are the rules.

THE RULES
  1. Post these rules.
  2. Post 11 random things about yourself.
  3. Answer the questions provided by the one who tagged you.
  4. Create 11 new questions for the people you tag.
  5. Tag 11 people.
11 RANDOM THINGS ABOUT ME
  1. I used to have a vampire tooth. However, my dentist took pity on me and put some cosmetic material on it and shaped it to look like a real tooth.
  2. When I eat skittles, M&Ms, or any other candy that has small, individual pieces, I have to chew an even amount on each side of my mouth or else I feel off balance. Slightly O.C.D., I know.
  3. If you try to wake me up from a deep sleep and only nudge me and then start talking to me, I will talk back to you. And I will have no recollection once I really wake up.
  4. The one time my heart was broken to the point that I felt it was beyond repair, I met someone who was able to put it back together and more. I'm currently married to him.
  5. I love wearing knee-high argyle socks. But I won't wear them with anything but jeans, because I don't want anyone to see.
  6. I've been wearing Converse since I was a little girl. I currently have six pairs.
  7. I could read at a 5th grade level when I was 5.
  8. I want to live in an old house that creaks with the slightest breeze and slowly fix it up to really make it our home.
  9. If I had nothing else to do, I would sit and read all day. And probably go through 2-3 books. In one day.
  10. I could Mario Brothers on the Wii for hours. I secretly feel like it really is me that is conquering some imaginary world. While wearing overalls and a red hat.
  11. I weighed 7 lbs 11 oz when I was born, and my mom could see a 7-11 out her hospital room window.
11 QUESTIONS AMBER ASKED ME
  1. Tell about the last thing that really made you laugh: Derek and I were up early one morning, watching Good Morning America. I wasn't comfortable on the couch, so I rolled off onto the floor. He was laying on the floor across the room from me, and he randomly decided to roll across the floor as fast as he could and try and squish me. He would then roll back to the other side of the room. He then would rock himself back to gather momentum, and come at me again. It made me laugh so hard that I cried.
  2. What type of situation makes you feel out of place? What makes you feel comfortable? I feel really out of place when I know I am the only new person. Everyone else knows each other, and then... there's me. Who knows no one except the person who brought me. But I am comfortable around family. Around friends. If I'm meeting new people, I'd rather do so in a small setting.
  3. What is one thing about yourself that you want to improve on? I want to improve on how I view myself. I have a terrible image of myself, and it's really not healthy. So I know I need to work on not criticizing myself so harshly, and on accepting what I've been given. Not yearning for something that I cannot achieve.
  4. If you had 1 million dollars, but could use none of it on yourself, what would you do with it? First off, I would take care of my family. Pay off any debts, give them some more to save, buy them a more dependable car if needed, etc. Then I would use it to visit children in Africa, provide education, food, water, medical services, etc.
  5. Tell about a memory you remember often, but aren't sure why. I always think about this one time that Abbie and I were sharing a room, and Abbie's allergies were acting up and she asked me to get mom for her. So I sat up in my bed and yelled at the top of my lungs for my mom. Apparently, this happened a lot. But I remember that one specific time. Even down to the nightgowns Abbie and I were wearing.
  6. What is something you are excited for? I'm excited to go back to Rexburg! It's going to be sad to leave family in Washington, but going back to Rexburg and starting on school again is something I've been looking forward to! It's going to be fun to get to move into a new apartment and decorate again. I love it.
  7. What did you eat today? A Nature Valley Oats'n'Honey granola bar, a pouch of Welch's fruit snacks, and a maple bar.
  8. Name someone that makes you proud, and if you want, say why. Derek. My husband. That may be a cheesy answer, but he does. He works hard to get what he wants, and I have seen him achieve things that I don't think he ever thought he could. He's willing to sacrifice in order to help better our little family. He's amazing.
  9. What is your dream job? Being a mom. I have thought about and dreamed of it since I was little. But if I had to choose something other than that, I would love to be a sports therapist for a professional baseball team. I would love it.
  10. Describe the teenage you. Band geek, drama (acting, not "oh my gosh he broke up with Amanda" drama) nerd, swimmer, outgoing, boys, reading. I was a crazy teenager. I was strong-willed and stubborn. I loved my years in high school and had a blast.
  11. What is your go-to food when you're hungry? Fruit. A banana, orange, apple, etc. I love eating fruit because it makes me feel like I get to eat sweets.
